Furever Pet Tags

Celebrate your loved pet with a lasting gift that gives back to our community dog parks. Our pets are an important member of our family and community. Pay tribute to the joy they bring us and support Madison’s dog parks with a Furever Tag.


Furever tags are engraved memory tags installed on a unique and locally-created art sculpture within one of our city’s nine off-leash public dog parks. Tags are generously provided and engraved by Pet Supplies Plus. Local metal fabricator, Custom Metals, helped us create a work of art to honor and celebrate our fury friends. Once purchased, tags will be engraved with your message and permanently attached to the sculpture.


The details
• Tags are 3 in. x 5 in. bone-shaped tags with a black powder coating
• Engrave up to three lines of custom text per tag (22 characters maximum per line)
• Tags will be installed up to 8 weeks after purchase
• The first 300 tags will be placed in Quann Park
